Jing is not a product yet, it is a project. The developer (TechSmith Corporation) is trying to figure out whether there is a need for this kind of product and whether it would be a useful service. All they need from us is our participation and feedback on the concept they envision.

I have tried several screen capture/recording softwares when looking for the one I could use smoothly and without any problem. Getting Camtasia Studio was a good decision and a wise investment into my business.
